Human Development for communities and their leaders
CoCo Labs* is an ecosystem catalyst dedicated to co-creating the conditions for all life to thrive. We believe that everyone is a changemaker, and no matter what their current reality, should have access to the tools and support needed to transcend their limitations and reach their fullest potential.
Individuals, communities, and ecosystems can thrive despite the volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous times we find ourselves in. And when we collectively thrive, the ecosystems we live in, and depend on, can also thrive.
CoCo Labs* works from the grassroots to the grasstops: This bottom-up top-down approach allows us to discover what works on the ground, and engage leaders to create the conditions for these solutions to be replicated at population scale.
At the community level we work with community health organisations, indigenous leaders and existing social and cultural systems to adapt human development methodologies to the local context. As community members deepen their level of development, they are able to make better decisions, advocate and address their own needs, and build their resilience toward uncertainty - contributing to a multi-generational shift in wellbeing.
At the leadership level, we work with leaders in government, and across the entire value-chain of the ecosystems that our communities are embedded in, to support them in showing up as the best versions of themselves. Leaders that are able to hold multiple-perspectives, to see systems as living-systems, and to navigate complexity, are able to create the conditions for communities at a national level to thrive, even in adverse conditions.
